A medical device must undergo various biocompatibility tests and fulfil a large number of requirements. At the same time, care properties must be optimised. Natural fibres such as cotton would absorb too much moisture, are high-maintenance, and are not antibacterial. For this reason, the BioRelax sleeping mat uses a specially developed synthetic fibre that is pleasantly soft and cuddly, and minimises perspiration. All materials – from the outer fabric to the Kleinsche Fields, yarn, inner fleece, elasticated straps, and labels – are produced in accordance with the highest quality standards and EU regulations. Transport and storage conditions
The BioRelax sleeping mat can be rolled up for transport or folded lengthways (please do not fold or crease widthways).Storage temperatures: –20°C to +60°C.It can also be taken on an aeroplane. * Can be used for all metal, ceramic, or zirconium oxide implants in the body that do not have ferromagnetic properties. If the composition of the implant is unclear, application is safe at a minimum distance of 1.5 cm. At this distance, the magnetic field strength is already below the Earth's natural magnetic field strength, within which each implant is naturally and permanently located. To exclude any possible negative influence on electronic implants, a safety distance of at least 1.5 cm should be maintained between electronic implants and the product.
